It is designed for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and supports both online and offline operations.

3. User Registration and Account Security

Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Notification: Notify Gallaa.in immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Subscription and Payment

Plans: Gallaa.in offers various subscription plans for different business needs.
Payments: You agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
Taxes: All fees are exclusive of taxes, which will be added as per applicable laws.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Data Collection: Gallaa.in collects personal and business data necessary for providing the Service.
Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Compliance: Gallaa.in complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (when effective).
